**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance** Baer is looking for SAP BW/4Hana Implementation Consultant for a 3+ month Federal remote project. Title: SAP BW/4Hana Implementation Consultant Location: Hybrid - Kansas City, MO Duration: 3 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C Description: * Implement, configure, and maintain the SAP technical environment. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. * Design and develop SAP BW/4HANA data models including ADSOs, Calculation Views, Composite Providers, and Table Functions. * Perform system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP BW/4HANA solutions. * Provide scalable solutions for large data volumes (terabytes) and complex reporting requirements. * Maintain technical documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and ongoing support. * Analyze and optimize SQL queries to support high-performance data models. * Ensure best practices in configuration, modeling, and performance optimization during BW/4HANA implementation. Requirements: * 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA implementation and development. * Strong experience with data modeling and data architecture in SAP BW/4HANA. * Experience with SAP BW/4HANA migration and upgrade projects. * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques. * Experience with integration of SAP BW/4HANA with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). * Experience working with non-SAP data sources within SAP BW/4HANA. * Exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments. * Knowledge of SAP HANA Native Modeling. * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
