Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in the Jacksonville, FL area, this opportunity calls for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 self-contained programs within multiple schools. The role spans a contract from January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026, with a full-time schedule averaging 35 hours per week. The position is itinerant, supporting 5 to 7 schools, with specific school assignments to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide behavioral support in K-12 self-contained classrooms
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans
• Observe classrooms and model effective strategies for managing behavior
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring to guide intervention adjustments
• Offer consultative support without providing direct one-on-one client services

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA licensure is required
• Proven experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention design, and teacher coaching
• Ability to work across multiple sites in an itinerant capacity
