Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid state licensure as a social worker
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary or middle school students
• Strong knowledge of social developmental studies
• Proficient in writing reports and developing intervention plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes and MTSS frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:
Durand, IL

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized support plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Facilitate pre-referral processes and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
• Deliver workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on social-emotional learning
• Monitor and manage a small caseload to ensure personalized attention to each student
