As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol - Full Time in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a premier hotel location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to support a welcoming atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the hotel environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with hotel staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.
• Assist guests and staff with directions and information, providing a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card or state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
