As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access to the property, verifying credentials, and assisting with guest inquiries, all while maintaining a visible and approachable demeanor. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and responsive to the needs of the environment. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and clear communication, as you play a key part in creating a positive experience for everyone entering the location. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required.
• Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal guidelines and site-specific instructions.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
