Senior Creative Director - Art Direction

Youll serve as a core creative partner to our Executive Creative Director and Senior Creative Director (Copy), and help lead a growing team that punches well above its weight in both thinking and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Vision : Shape the creative direction of major brand campaignsfrom pitch to productionbringing ideas to life through elevated art direction, design systems, and distinctive campaign identities.
  • Inspire and Direct Teams : Mentor and manage a team of Art Directors, Designers, and hybrid thinkers. Provide feedback that sharpens, not softens. Elevate the work, and the people doing it.
  • Be a Creative Partner : Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, motion, and client services to ensure creative excellence across every channelfilm, print, digital, social, experiential, and beyond.
  • Champion AI : Leverage generative AI tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Photoshop AI, etc.) to explore faster, smarter, and more innovative pathways to craft. Set the pace on what's possible.
  • Drive New Business : Concept and pitch bold ideas that win heartsand RFPs. You're a closer, and a storyteller.
  • Push Craft Relentlessly : From composition and color to motion and media, youll uphold the highest standards in the work and expect the same from others.
  • Work Across Industries : From national healthcare brands to blue-chip financial institutions, to destination tourism and sports leaguesyour work will help shape culture at scale.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of creative experience, ideally with time at brand-forward and creatively recognized agencies.
  • A killer portfolio of award-winning, integrated campaigns that blend insight, storytelling, and style.
  • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-enhanced creative tools like MidJourney, Runway, DALLE, or Firefly.
  • Strong leadership presence able to motivate teams, manage up, and hold a room with clarity and charisma.
  • Fluent in modern media . You know how to concept across TikTok as confidently as TV. You think in campaigns, not just deliverables.
  • Experience directing photo shoots, film productions, motion design, and brand systems .
  • Ability to present and sell big ideas to CMOs and executive teamswith elegance, logic, and a little drama.
  • A bias for action you know when to sweat the details and when to move fast.

Salary range: $140,000 $170,000

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
