We're looking for a Senior Experiential Designer/Senior Creative (Exhibit and Environmental) who thrives on creativity and collaboration:

• Must love exploring multiple concepts and turning them into designs that truly connect with people.
\n
• Be curious about brands and eager to dig into their stories, translating objectives into exhibits that feel fresh and impactful, and becomes something people can experience.
\n

A typical day:

\n
• \n Shape the story : Play a key role in the design process, creating exhibits that captivate and inspire.
\n
• \n Team up for success : Collaborate across global departments to bring projects to life on time and with impact.
\n
• \n Dig deep : Research client brands and project objectives to ensure every design hits the mark.
\n
• \n Think fast : Generate multiple ideas quickly.
\n
• \n Be in the room: Join planning meetings and client presentations, contributing your voice and vision.
\n
• \n Deliver the wow: Package your ideas into polished, creative submissions that win client approval.
\n

Who we are looking for:

• We welcome diverse paths into exhibit/experiential design; not a rigid number of years of experience. Skills matter more than time.

\n

Tools and deliverables:

\n
• Proficiency in SketchUp or 3D Studio Max and Adobe Creative Suite.
\n
• Proficiency with V-Ray
\n
• Application of emerging generative AI tools such as Nano Banana, Sora, MidJourney etc.
\n
• Good ideation and presentation skills
\n
• TwinMotion or similar animation software
\n
• Bonus points for experience with Adobe Premiere or basic understanding of video editing software
\n

Where you work:

Our core creative teams are based in places like Baltimore , Detroit, Toronto and Amsterdam . This posting is for candidates based in North America who bring the right experience and fit. Eastern or Central time zones preferred, but flexible/remote arrangements are absolutely possible for the right candidate.
