Base pay range

$161,000 - $172,500 per year.

Location

Hybrid role based in Boston, MA. Work in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.

Wayfair believes everyone deserves a home they love. Our Product team builds technology that solves meaningful customer problems. The Senior Product Manager will evolve customer and supplier experiences for Appliances and strengthen postorder fulfillment planning.

What Youll Do

• Run product discovery and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities that improve the supplier and customer experience in appliances.
• Lead integration of new carriers for appliances to provide a seamless shopping experience product availability on site, earliest delivery date, addon services, postorder tracking updates and customer communication.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment planning in the postorder world based on triggers from customers, suppliers and carriers.
• Provide postorder fulfillment plan support for crossfunctional initiatives such as 3P WMS integration and multichannel programs.
• Collaborate independently with Operations and Commercial stakeholders and technology teams across supply chain, storefront and supplierfacing to drive improvements in speed, cost and customer experience metrics.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Analytics teams to execute against your roadmap and continually improve team velocity.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on enterprise platforms or integrations.
• Strong track record of product discovery, defining the right problems to solve and executing deliverables to unlock business outcomes.
• Comfortable discussing system workflows, technical design and architecture decisions with engineers.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple crossfunctional teams.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders, including senior leadership, and translating technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Strong communicator with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations and external partners.
• Positive, collaborative, energetic approach to teamwork.
