Senior Urban Designer (Newburyport, MA) Full Time: Develop comprehensive plans and programs for use of land and physical facilities of jurisdictions, such as towns, cities, counties, and metropolitan areas. Work with data science team to research, compile, and analyze data relevant to the project. Create two- and three-dimensional graphic illustrations, models, and renderings. Generate, prepare, and administer surveys. Write and produce reports, plans, and other technical documents, including draft and final zoning text and design guidelines. Prepare and deliver presentations. Manage urban design project timelines and report the status of tasks to supervisors to ensure task completion within established timeframes. Position Requirements: Master's degree in Urban Design, or Urban Planning or related, plus 12 months of experience in job offered or as Urban Planner, Associate Planner Urban Designer or related. Required 1-2 evening meetings per week to attend client meetings in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Vermont.
