We’re looking for an experienced Sewer CCTV Camera Operator/Foreman to join our team and help ensure the safety and functionality of sewer systems across Metro and Rural Minnesota, as well as outlying areas. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain sewer CCTV inspection cameras and equipment. Conduct detailed inspections of sewer systems, pipelines, and underground utilities. Record and document inspection results, identifying defects and operational issues. Use inspection software to generate accurate reports. Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CCTV equipment. Organize and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Lead and oversee crews, ensuring proper workflow and job completion. Train and mentor team members in best practices and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members. Travel daily to job sites across Metro and Rural Minnesota and outlying areas with minimal overnight stays. Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations. CDL (Commercial Driver’s License). Experience with JetVac operations. QuickLock installation and short liner installation experience. Confined space training certification. Supervisory or leadership experience in the field. Requirements: Proven experience operating sewer CCTV equipment. Ability to lead a crew and manage job site operations efficiently. Familiarity with inspection reporting software. Physical ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel daily within Metro and Rural Minnesota and outlying areas. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
