Seeking an elite trainer/technician to support and drive field success

SafeStreets is always evolving – and 2025 is no exception!

In this role, you’ll be the first face customers meet. You’ll not only enhance safety and peace of mind, but also play a vital part in our field team’s growth through effective training and leadership.

Our Inside Sales team sets in-home appointments with pre-qualified customers already interested in ADT smart security. Your focus? Guide them through their options, design a custom solution, and ensure a seamless installation experience.

What you need to qualify:

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing customized smart security solutions
  • Delivering top-tier customer experiences
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and demoing ADT-monitored systems
  • Training and mentoring new team members in the field

Qualifications:

  • Previous training experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Auto insurance (minimum 100/300/100 coverage)
  • Smartphone or tablet for system use and reporting

Health & safety:

Your safety matters. PPE provided (or stipends available) to ensure technician protection in the field.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work overhead
  • Comfortable in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
  • Capable with ladders and power tools
