We are seeking a Sports Enthusiast and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution in the fast-paced start-up. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both social media trends, sports, and the sports betting landscape, with the ability to create engaging content, drive business growth in Nevada, and increase brand awareness across multiple platforms.

• Develop and implement social media strategies and presence on all social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create compelling, engaging on-brand content (daily) that captures the excitement of sports and sports betting.
• Manage the social content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence and audience engagement.
• Lead real-time engagement around trending sporting events, major games, and breaking sports news.
• Collaborate with trading and marketing colleagues to ensure timely and accurate publishing of odds, promotions, and other updates.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or sports betting industry.
• Portfolio of social media accounts you've managed or campaigns you've led.
• Deep understanding of sports. 
• Familiarity with sports betting culture and trends.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be based in Nevada; this is an in-office position. 
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (these are our busiest times of the year due to the sports events calendar) and scheduling flexibility to post on social daily.
• Must have a clean DMV record and insurance to drive for business purposes regularly.
