We are seeking a Social Media Manager for one of our investment products, DilMil, to grow the Instagram page, TikTok page (followers & engagement), and Influencer marketing. Your Main Tasks Will Be Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions Analyze social media metrics to track performance and generate reports Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies We Expect From You Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role Strong understanding of the South Asian culture and community Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity and the ability to think outside the box Public-speaking skills (able to create content in front of the camera) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to put out brave content (by taking a stand, being slightly risky) What We Offer Work in a dynamic and creative environment Opportunities for professional development Flexible working hours Fully remote position with travel opportunities Sounds good?
