Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media insights to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and audience reach
• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and other departments to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives
• Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to amplify social media efforts
• Address customer feedback or social media crises promptly and professionally to uphold brand reputation

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social trends, and audience behaviors
