Full-time Description Become familiar with technique, approaches, and fixtures of solar panels and battery installation Assist with layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware Assist with mechanical/structural mounting of racks, modules and electrical equipment Preparation and clean up of job site Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate manner Additional duties as required Requirements Construction experience and comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope 0-1 years’ experience Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required Must have a clean driving record in accordance with PB insurance parameters Must be motivated and a team player. Positive mental attitude with the willingness to learn and evolve Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team of installers Must be able to lift panels (roughly up to 50 pounds), climb ladders up to 30 times per day, and work in various weather conditions Experience Installing Solar PV a plus. Preference to those with licensing, Electrical Apprentice* (*please note that this role is focused primarily on roof installations, but electrical knowledge is beneficial to the role!) Pay: $21- $25/hr, depending on experience with overtime opportunities All full time positions are eligible to partake in medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k.
