Staffing Consultant

· Starting salary of 45k, PLUS commission!

· Manchester, NH

· Monday – Friday

· 8am – 5pm

We are looking for a person with great customer service skills who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. This is also a job you can feel great about, because you are helping people not only get a job, but in some cases, get their life back on track! 

Duties:

· Source candidates by screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and performing background/reference checks

· Match qualified candidates to client job orders and extend employment offers

· Manage candidate information and activity using an Applicant Tracking System

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting outreach calls to assess their staffing needs

· Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events

· Social media management

Requirements:

· Attention to detail is a MUST

· Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

· Thrives in driven, fast-paced environments

· Ability to multitask

· Time management skills

· Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using ATS

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Positive attitude
