Overview

H2M architects + engineers is seeking a visionary Studio Director to lead our Education & Learning Architecture team in Westchester, NY. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed architect with 15+ years of experience to shape the future of educational environments while mentoring a talented studio and driving design excellence.

As Studio Director, youll guide a multidisciplinary team, manage client relationships, and oversee the delivery of impactful projects that serve generations to come.

What Youll Lead

• Studio operations, budget, and performance
• Recruitment, mentorship, and development of architectural staff
• Client relationships and strategic communications
• Project planning, execution, and quality assurance
• Cross-disciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and environmental teams
• Workflow optimization and studio efficiency improvements
• Business development and proposal strategy

What You Bring

• 15+ years of architectural design experience
• Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters preferred)
• Professional RA license required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
• Deep understanding of project specifications and CSI formatting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
