Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Contract: 06 + Months (Potential contract to hire)

Job Description:

• Our direct client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the hiring needs of their assigned business units, with a strong focus on Cyber IT roles.
• This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline development for full-time technical positions.
• You may also participate in special projects, career fairs, and networking events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruiting for cybersecurity and IT roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and job board engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry networking events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Cyber IT recruiting with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and technical skill sets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agency technical recruiting or corporate recruiting environments.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Exposure to FinTech or high-growth technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
