Bilingual HR Generalist - Food Distribution Industry

Location: San Lorenzo, CA (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr (Temporary Position)

Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office

Vaco LA is working with a leading Food Distribution company seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support HR functions, including employee relations, training, performance management, and recruitment . We are looking for someone who can start ASAP and has experience working with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns, provide HR support, and assist with conflict resolution.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and assist with performance evaluations.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred .
• Bilingual in Spanish required .
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required; food manufacturing experience preferred .
