Job Details:

• Work Saturday to Tuesday schedule (firm requirement)
\n• 40-hour orientation required
\n• Patient ratio of 4 during night shifts
\n• May be required to float to other campus locations - flexibility required
\n• Work with all patient age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Perform various CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis studies with and without contrast
\n• Conduct specialized procedures: coronary CTA, carotid studies, vascular CTA, and trauma imaging
\n• Experience with 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection and volume rendering
\n• Perform contrast media preparation and administration
\n• Starting peripheral IVs and venipuncture required
\n• Work in emergency department, ICU, and trauma settings
\n• Level I and Level II trauma experience preferred
\n• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
\n• Travel experience preferred
\n• GE equipment experience strongly preferred
\n• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, Texas Medical Board-MRT license
\n• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
\n• Must complete facility drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing
\n• Altera charting system experience preferred but not required
\n• Complete 6-8 hours of non-billable modules during orientation
