• Location: Santa Rosa, California
• Avg. Daily Census: 12
• Rooms/Beds: 10 rooms / 10 beds
• Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Staffing & Scheduling

• Staffing Ratio (Day/Night/Weekend): 1:3
• 4x12 Schedule Allowed: ✔️
• Block Scheduling: ❌
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Call: Required
  • Float: Required
  • Weekend Coverage: Every Other or Every Third
  • Schedule Type: Block, Self, or Other
• Pre-approved Time Off: 1 or 2 requests allowed per contract

  Patient Diagnoses & Unit Details

Type of Unit: Full-scope LDRP

Required Experience:

• Labor & Delivery experience
• Postpartum care experience
• Prefer: Strong precepting skills
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Seasoned travelers only (No first-time travelers unless very strong)
