Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 13-Week Contract Assignment (Day Shift)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 Hours/Week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Shift: Night Shift
Patient Ratio: 1 Nurse to 6 Patients
Setting: Calm, structured care environment (non-hospital)
We’re seeking compassionate and reliable LPNs for a full-time 13-week contract assignment . This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who want predictable schedules, steady income, and a manageable patient load that allows for meaningful care.

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
Document changes in patient condition with accuracy and clarity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Provide patient/family education and emotional support
Respond appropriately to urgent care needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for care
Ideal Candidate Has Experience In:
Pediatric or young adult care
Ventilator, trach, and G-tube support
Wound care, IV therapy, and emergency response
Strong clinical judgment and team communication
Qualifications Required:
Current, unrestricted Florida LPN license
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
At least 2 years of clinical experience in:
Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Rehab
Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player
