Labor & Delivery RN Experience Requirement:
• Manager prefers at least 2 years of L&D experience for independent night-shift coverage
• Will consider candidates with 1–1.5 years if they’ve worked in a high-risk, high-census L&D unit
Floating:
• Floating required based on unit needs
• Travelers may float to multiple locations based on skill set
• Additional incentive applies when floated to specific sites (+$5/hr plus mileage reimbursement)
• Hotel offered if floated for consecutive shifts
• Advance notice will be given whenever possible
On-Call:
• Yes — 1 low-census shift per pay period
Weekends:
• Required every other or every third weekend
Block Scheduling:
• Unknown
Ratios:
• Labor: 1:1
• Postpartum: 1:3
48 Hours:
• Not approved
Special Requirements:
• Must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
