Employee Health Clinic Special Procedures/Unit Details : Health screenings Fit Testing Vaccinations injury/illness prevention evaluation communicable disease exposure Special Equipment : CAPR training Portacount will be trained #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO must be included at time of the submission Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Can only submit to 1 location within the region Requires specific amount of exp. (ex: 1 or 2 yrs required for submission) Valid CA License in hand Local radius: 50 Mile Radius Rule Applies Local rule: accepted at lower BR Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by Copy of Certifications Specific Charting Exp.: Epic
