\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 36 hours per week with day/night float coverage to ICU
\n• Maintain 1:4 patient ratios across all shifts
\n• Work every other weekend and holiday rotations as necessary
\n• Float required to ICU with possibility to float to Med Surg if needed by facility
\n• Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Must have experience with cardiac telemetry, Cerner charting system, IV therapy/phlebotomy, CVA care, and respiratory care
\n• Skills include blood product administration, central line care, chest tube management, heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, and cardiac monitoring
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and GI/GU diagnoses
\n• Work with special equipment including vents/trach, IV non-titratable drips, HFNC, and dialysis equipment
\n• 24-hour orientation provided
\n• Scrubs not provided - must wear ceil blue
\n• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Must have compact license or Maryland license

\nThis healthcare facility operates a 12-bed Intermediate Care Unit with a daily census of 9 patients, providing comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. The facility specializes in cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and gastrointestinal care with advanced equipment and monitoring capabilities for patients requiring step-down level care.
