Vac Truck Operator With Tanker Endorsement

The Vallejo Company is seeking an individual to join our team as general laborer/operator.

Essential Functions:

1. Operating and maintaining a Vac truck.
2. Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
3. Work independently following directives from supervisors.
4. Reporting daily progress to supervisors.
5. Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Part of or willingness to join Local 860.
• Has teamwork, communication, and strong listening skills.
• Adaptable to changes and ability to problem-solve.
• Be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath. Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out. Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects. Adjust body movements or equipment controls to keep pace with speed changes of moving objects.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50-75lbs.
• Valid Driver's License - Preferred Class A Driver's License.
• Tanker Endorsement.
• Preferred 5 years' experience.
