Job Responsibilities:Perform detailed inspections of vacation homes prior to guest arrivals and after departures.
Check for cleanliness, maintenance issues, missing items, and property readiness.
Ensure all property standards and guest expectations are met or exceeded.
Report and document any damages, maintenance needs, or irregularities.
Communicate effectively with the operations, housekeeping, and guest/owner services teams.
Be organized and have strong attention to detail.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Be comfortable using mobile apps and checklists to log inspection results.
Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Take pride in maintaining high-quality homes and ensuring guest satisfaction.
An eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic?
Inspectors are the final eyes on the home before a guest arrives. This role requires a sharp focus and a proactive mindset to identify and resolve small issues before they become guest complaints.
Patience and professionalism under pressure?
In peak seasons, you'll need to stay focused while juggling multiple properties on tight timelines. A calm, solution-driven attitude is key.
