Warehouse Associate

McKee Door Sales of Columbus, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to keep our operations running smoothly. This part-time, hands-on role involves managing shipping and receiving, tracking inventory, maintaining the warehouse, overseeing vehicles and equipment, and handling deliveries that keep our crews supplied and our projects on track. What You'll Do (aka your day-to-day)

• Pick and stage orders for daily jobs
• Receive and verify incoming shipments (including unloading trailers)
• Put away stock and keep inventory accurate with cycle counts
• Update materials in our software system
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Drive company trucks/trailers for deliveries and supplier pickups
• Move equipment in and out of the warehouse
• Perform light maintenance on trucks, trailers, and forklifts (wash, change tires, add air, etc.)
• Monitor and schedule service for vehicles and equipment
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts (we'll certify/recertify as needed)
• Lift and move materials up to 100 lbs.
• Tackle other warehouse and operations tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUIs, <3 points)
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. unassisted and handle repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Outlook
• A self-starter who's organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Can pass a drug screen and background check
