Your responsibilities will include evaluating damage, creating accurate estimates, and guiding projects to successful completion. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly Responsibilities: Create detailed estimates using Xactimate software for various restoration projects. Collaborate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to assess damage and determine repair scopes. Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients throughout the restoration process. Ensure all estimates meet industry standards and align with our quality expectations.
