Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a family-owned roofing and construction company headquartered in Kansas City and has been operating since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest with additional locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, and now Arkansas. 

We are expanding and looking to add an Xactimate Estimator to our team here at HQ! 

Job Description:

• Uses Xactimate software to create detailed and accurate construction estimates for insurance claims and projects. Including inspections, scope development, and working with adjusters. 
• Helping with project estimates
• Supporting proposals
• Potential travel to job sites
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards, vendor information, and other relevant resources
• All other duties assigned by the manager. 

Compensation & Benefits :

• Full-Time In Office Position
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + an hour for lunch
• Compensation: Based on experience! 
• Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days of employment and first of next month
• PTO accrual after 30 Days of employment
• 401K after 6 months of employment

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years experience minimum
• Level 2 Xactimate required! Strong experience and knowledge of Xactimate software are essential.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets (Shamrock uses Google Business Suite)
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent goal-setting, and motivation
• Basic math and data analysis skills
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to pay close attention to details to ensure accurate estimates.
