Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for unlocking the power of AI? We're hiring an AI Prompt Engineer to scale how teams across the company adopt and integrate AI into their day-to-day work. This isn't just about writing prompts—it's about shaping the future of work at our company.You'll be at the forefront of our AI strategy, designing and implementing workflows that drive tangible business outcomes, from improving team efficiency to delivering faster, more consistent customer experiences. You'll build and maintain a centralized prompt library that powers these workflows, ensuring every interaction is clear, reliable, and aligned with our standards. • Design and implement AI-powered workflows in collaboration with internal teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain a centralized prompt library with high-quality, reusable prompts.
• Iterate on prompts to enhance clarity, consistency, and automation logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prompt execution or system integration.
• Collaborate   cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and leadership to scale review processes and align on priorities.
• Improve the accessibility and structure of internal knowledge content used by AI systems.
• Analyze usage data and monitor workflow performance to generate insights, inform decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Translate feedback into actionable prompt or workflow improvements.

• Strong practical understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, function calling) and how to apply them to internal operations.
• Proven experience in operations or AI-enabled roles, with a focus on building automations that leverage AI to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Zapier, APIs, or internal scripting frameworks to build lightweight AI integrations.
• Great problem-solving skills with an ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in AI-powered systems.
• A bias for action, with a passion for moving from idea to implementation and thriving in environments where experimentation leads to meaningful impact.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills , adept at working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to achieve shared goals.
• Agility in adapting to new technologies, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
