Position Summary

We are seeking a Back-End Software Developer (PHP/node.js/python) to join our growing team. In this role, you will help maintain existing mobile and web applications while contributing to the development of new, cutting-edge products. You’ll work with modern technologies such as React, PHP, and SQL, collaborate with teammates, and have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and problem-solving skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and efficient applications.
• Write effective, secure, and scalable APIs.
• Build engaging, responsive front-end applications with clean UI/UX.
• Contribute to design, development, and unit testing according to established standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and solutions.

Required Technologies

• PHP
• MySQL
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript

Preferred Additional Skills

• Android Studio (Kotlin)
• React
• Xcode (Swift)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional  experience as a software developer..
• 2 + years of PHP experience.
• Experience developing web applications using service-oriented architecture.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web application development.
• Experience with Git (or other source control) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field), or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Curiosity and drive to keep learning new technologies.

Interview Process

• Initial interview via Zoom.
• Follow-up interview(s) in person.

Additional Details

• Work Location: Warrington, PA (no remote opportunities at this time)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Dress Code: Casual
• Compensation: Competitive; based on experience and technical knowledge
• Work Environment: Supportive, collaborative, and innovation-driven
