(Subject to change.)/liliRelocation benefits for eligible candidates./li/ulpAs a CSR Intern, you will support Burlingtons Climate and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team through hands-on exposure to sustainability reporting, data governance, external disclosures, and cross-functional collaboration. You will gain real-world experience through:/pulliCSR Reporting Data Governance/liliESG/CSR Internal Stakeholder Support/liliCSR Governance Framework Alignment/li/ulpYoull Come With:/pulliStudents pursuing a Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Business, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field./liliGraduating with a Bachelors degree between December 2026 and May 2027./liliStrong interest in sustainability, CSR reporting, climate data, and/or ESG frameworks./liliAbility to manage, analyze, and interpret data and documentation./liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals across many functions./liliCuriosity, adaptability, and willingness to ask questions and learn./liliSelf-starter mentality, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliFamiliarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus./liliBasic understanding of utility billing and greenhouse gas emissions concepts is helpful but not required./li/ulpWith our office located in New Jersey, reliable transportation is required as Burlington is not easily accessible by public transportation./ppOur Compensation and Benefits:/pulliAn hourly pay of $21 per hour./liliAn associate discount for in-store purchases./liliComplimentary on-site gym./li/ulpOur Caring Company:/ppAt Burlington, we stand for equality and the dignity of each person.
