As a Director, Health & Benefits, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our largest and most complex clients. You will lead multidimensional consulting engagements, driving strategy across the full spectrum of health and welfare programs. This role demands sophisticated client relationship management, team leadership, and business development expertise. Directors play a key role in growing client accounts, mentoring rising talent, and advancing innovative benefits strategies that align with each client’s unique culture and business goals.

$140k - $200k Annual
