Salary Range: $26-$30 per hour depending on experience

Purpose and functions;

\n

We are seeking electricians to perform system installs, working on a team that gets the job done safely and timely. 

\n

\n
• Experience measuring, bending, threading and installing electrical conduit to include MC, EMT, ridged raceways and PVC. Installation to be completed at grade level, elevated heights from ladders and lifts or in ditches as needed
\n
• Properly and efficiently set up for wire install, pulling wire and operating wire tuggers
\n
• Capable of terminating panels, setting fixtures, installing devices, installing cable tray
\n
• Must be well organized, able to work efficiently and demonstrate good time management skills
\n
• Ensure special equipment needs are communicated to the foreman
\n
• Interpret and understand job drawings to facilitate install of electrical system
\n
• Ability to establish material list and ensure material needs are communicated to the foreman
\n
• Ability to achieve the weekly benchmark objectives established by the foreman
\n
• Maintain familiarity with the plans, schedule and expectations for job based upon directives of foreman
\n
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
\n
• Utilize all assigned PPE as appropriate for the hazards encountered
\n
• Maintain a positive work environment which promotes a culture of safety and open communication
\n
• Maintain a personal tool cache including hand tools, drill, drivers and all necessary attachments
\n

\n

 

\n

Education, training and experience:

\n

\n
• This position should have experience (3-5 years or more) completing project installation of electrical systems in the commercial electrical industry.
\n
• Experience working in the field coordinating multiple tasks and functions.
\n
• Experience with trade inspections, dealing with various jurisdictions and inspectors are all areas which will benefit from experience.
\n
• Associated trade certifications are beneficial but are not required for this position.
\n

\n

Physical and Other Requirements:

\n

\n
• Must be able to sit, bend, stoop.
\n
• Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
\n
• Must be able to climb, crawl and squat as the job demands
\n
• Must pass background check, including MVR and drug screen
\n

\n

This electrician will be a field deployable resource and will be assigned to working job sites.

\n
