Job Breakdown: Karsh Hagan is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the seamless execution of integrated marketing, branding, and digital projects. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced agency environment while working alongside account managers, creative teams, production teams, media teams, and other project managers. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. You will collaborate with all internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to execution, learning the fundamentals of project management along the way. What Youll Do: Support project planning and execution across a variety of marketing, creative, and digital initiatives. Create and maintain project timelines, status reports, and production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. Coordinate communication between internal teams, including account services, creative, strategy, media, and production. Monitor project scopes, flagging potential risks or roadblocks. Attend meetings, track action items, and document key takeaways to keep teams aligned. Work collaboratively with the internal production to route, manage, and traffic final assets. Process includes opening Monday.com cards, populating cards with correct and complete information, and managing internal routing and approvals. Assist in trafficking creative assets and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Manage project management tools (e.g., Monday.com and Google Suite) to track progress and organize agency workflows. Work closely with the project management department to identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows for greater efficiency. What You Bring: 1-2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or related operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and inherently knowing when to be flexible. Familiarity with project management operating systems such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Workfront. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and confidence to work independently with ambiguity. A problem-solving mindset, eager to anticipate challenges and find solutions. Basic understanding of a creative agency and digital production processes is a plus. Passion for learning, growing, and contributing to a high-energy team environment. Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Whats In It For You: A hybrid schedule, in the Denver office on Tuesday and Thursday, and remote the rest of the week.
