About the Role:

We are seeking a Remote Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and distribution operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, and process improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective movement of goods and materials while maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of products from suppliers to customers.
• Manage logistics partners, carriers, and warehouse operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize shipping routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with freight and transportation providers.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and sales teams to align logistics with company goals.
• Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience 1 year in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, shipping regulations, and inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ShipStation, or similar tools).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and strong self-management skills.
