KEY TASKS
Position to be filled by SEPTEMBER 8th 2025
Experienced Mig Welder DAY SHIFT 3:30PM to 12:00AM
Experienced mig welder for AFTERNOON SHIFT
Read and understand product blueprints.
Perform welding tasks using jigs, fixtures, and blueprints, in sequence, specified by training procedures including removal of weld splatter.
Sets up and operates welding equipment by selecting appropriate settings.
Assures quality through visual inspections of welds and quality approval. Defect free.
Ability to make fixturing devices per print when requested by supervisor.
Contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain safety standards and safe work practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mig welding experience required.
Ability to read and write English legibly, read and understand blueprints and work orders.
Ability to maintain good housekeeping habits.
Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, stand for extended periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and the ability to use hand tools, cutting torch, and plasma machine.
Ability to read tape measures, squares, callipers, and other measuring devices.
Proficiency in the use of lifting hoists and other lifting devices.

Position is full Time Permanent.
Compensation $23.00/hr plus $1.00/hr SHIFT BONUS to start.
AFTERNOON Shift Mon-Fri 3:30 pm to 12:00am with overtime available.
Reliable transportation required.
Note: TLS is within walking distance of the BRONTE Go Train/Bus Station
