Job Description

Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We have managed to produce the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and are now on a mission to put a diamond behind every chip. We are the rare unicorn that has grown fast and profitably. We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.

Diamond Foundry is looking for an Office Operations Manager to serve as the ambassador of our workplace culture for our Bay Area locations. In this dynamic role, you will foster a positive and productive environment by managing a wide range of office operations and providing an exceptional experience for team members, guests, and vendors.

You'll also play a key part in bridging the connection between our locations and providing executive support for key events and high-profile visitors. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, natural relationship-builder who thrives on creating a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a seamless employee journey by owning onboarding and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all office operations, acting as the go-to person for everything from catering and triage requests to day-to-day office support.
  • Partnering with HR and leadership to champion employee needs and build a vibrant, trusting community.
  • Spearhead memorable workplace events and initiatives that bring our team together and enhance our culture across multiple locations.
  • Provide direct support to the C-suite, managing key tasks and projects from time to time.
Skills and Requirements:
  • 4 + years of office operations or similar experience in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management with the ability to multitask, pivot, and reprioritize effectively.
  • A high level of self-awareness, strong customer service, and time management skills, with the ability to build strong connections.
  • Strong generalist skill set and ability to tackle new projects and challenges.

This position will primarily be based at our HQ location, but will need to travel to Fremont once a week.

Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s job duties, experience, and expertise. We will also consider higher-level candidates, and the salary will be adjusted accordingly.

Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life. We provide eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Perks include employee discounts to VRAI. Our benefits begin as early as your first day of employment. Medical and vision coverage are retroactive to your start date, while dental and voluntary benefits take effect once you’ve completed your enrollment.

Diamond Foundry is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected factor under federal, state or local law.
