BC/BE Family Medicine - West Valley / Phoenix-Metro

Excellent opportunity exists for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing city of Goodyear, AZ. A description of our clinics:

• Flexible schedules with limited shared call (phone call consult)
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, referral specialists, inbox support, large network of specialists
• Clinical responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

• Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Prefer to see all ages
• Are patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Salary base plus incentives
• $50K Starting bonus + relocation assistance
• Resident stipend available
• PSLF and loan repayment of up to $100K
