Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance products.
• Work alongside your mentor to establish and achieve marketing goals.
• Develop your sales skills through direct interaction with clients and prospects.
• Participate in training sessions focused on insurance products, sales techniques, and business operations.
• Build relationships within the community to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate Associate and/or Bachelor degree; all degrees welcome!
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving goals.
• Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses Property & Casualty. (Must be able to obtain within 2 weeks)
