Amentum is seeking a Disclosure Representative SME supporting USSPACECOM in Colorado Springs, CO. Duties include preparing, reviewing, and tracking foreign disclosure requests through the Foreign Disclosure Management System under the supervision and authority of Foreign Disclosure Officers per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance. The role involves reviewing various USSPACECOM intelligence and operational classified products for release, ensuring all sources are identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied, and verifying sources against product content. The representative maintains record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications, responds to requests for data, proposes disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews, advises on foreign disclosure policy and procedures, and maintains daily records for decisions concerning disclosure. The position requires interpreting IC and DoD disclosure policies and procedures and providing recommendations for determining the ability to release classified information. Requirements include a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph, a Master's degree or equivalent work experience with at least twenty years of relevant experience, and completion of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Defense Intelligence Enterprise Foreign Disclosure Course (DIA-INT-2300) or CCMD equivalent course certification. Preferred qualifications include disclosure policy and production experience and FDO instructor experience.
