\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts with varied start times between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
\n• Night shifts available: 6:45 AM-7:15 PM or 6:45 PM-7:15 AM
\n• Day shifts available: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM starts
\n• Must be flexible with scheduling
\n• Every other weekend requirement (Friday, Saturday, Sunday considered weekend)
\n• Holiday work required as part of permanent staff rotation
\n• Patient ratios of 2:1 to 4:1
\n• Handle approximately 250 patient visits per day
\n• One day of floor-specific orientation provided
\n• No floating required
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• Trauma experience preferred
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
\n• BSN not required
\n• Work with 24-bed emergency department with fast track area
\n• Use Cerner PowerChart EMR system
\n• Scrub color requirement: Blue for RNs
\n• Care for patients with STEMI, cardiac conditions, sepsis, ETOH, stroke, DKA, and various acute conditions
\n• Work alongside ER techs for technical duties and patient sitting
\n• 22 hardwired GE monitors available in rooms and at nurses station

\nThis medical center operates a comprehensive emergency department that serves as a STEMI receiving facility, providing critical cardiac care and emergency services. The facility features a 24-bed emergency department with a dedicated fast track area for less acute cases, along with specialized rooms for psychiatric patients when needed. The emergency department is supported by 24/7 respiratory therapy, pharmacy services, and a full complement of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. The facility maintains modern monitoring equipment and provides comprehensive emergency care ranging from routine cases to complex acute conditions.
